All operators of HCFC refrigeration and air conditioning systems to take “all precautionary measures practicable” to prevent and minimise leakage.
It states that all fixed equipment systems with a refrigerant charge greater than 3kG will require an annual check for leakage (this includes the majority of systems currently installed in the UK).
This must be under taken by qualified personnel and they will be required to properly recover any HCFC refrigerant removed from a system.
Our engineers are fully qualified to undertake all of this work.
It is a pre-requirement of the Manufacturer’s 3 year extended warranty (where applicable) that a maintenance contract is in force throughout the entire warranty period.
By ensuring everything is working as it should be.
Of the your equipment and minimise breakdown.

One of our highly skilled and qualified engineers will call to site, at a time convenient to yourself, and carry out a full service to the system(s) covered by the contract.
Checks are made against either a major or minor check list (depending on level of cover and time of year). Any defects will be noted down and, when the product is under warranty, steps will be taken to restore normal operation ASAP.
Outside of warranty: If the repair will involve a spare part being fitted you will be notified of the cost and asked for authorisation to carry out the repair - prior to any repair work taking place.
We are now in the process of introducing a PDA based system for recording the results of all maintenance check list items. This will enable us to provide you with electronic documents that will prove your compliance with the new FGas
regulations. Each maintenance customer will ultimately have a login and password for our website where they will be able to download copy maintenance sheets and other documents such as user manuals.

Peace of mind that you have done everything possible in order to minimise possible equipment breakdown.
Our maintenance contracts (Bronze upwards) ensure a priority service response over non–contractual customers, equating to less downtime , should a breakdown occur, and also include a negotiated sales discount on any parts that may be used (-10% on standard spare parts).
We are confident that our range of maintenance contracts will provide you with the regular, preventative maintenance necessary to ensure your units operate as intended.

We offer four levels of cover to our customers...
Budget Contracts are for customers that make light use of their equipment and wish to fulfil their minimum legal obligations by law. (For example: domestic bedroom installations).
Bronze Contracts are for customers that make moderate use of their equipment. (For example: quiet offices / conservatory installations).
Silver Contracts are for customers that make heavy use of their equipment. (For example: busy offices / club installations).
Gold Contracts are for customers that make constant use of their equipment and wish to have complete peace of mind. (For example: computer room / professional establishment / retail / school installations).
All of our contracts are available on pay monthly schemes.
