Delivery
Delivery is to mainland UK only.
We will contact you to arrange delivery upon receipt of your order. Delivery is to be to your door and does not include installation of any purchased equipment. Installation of new and/or removal of old equipment can be arranged beforehand by contacting us on 0800-035-5665.
All items must be inspected for damage upon delivery and any damage noted and signed for on the delivery note.
Refund/Return Policy
All items must be inspected for damage upon delivery and any damage noted and signed for on the delivery note; you must contact us within 7 days of receipt with any damage or faults.
In the event of damage/fault it will be the Seller's responsibility to collect the goods, the Buyer will then be entitled to replacement goods or a full refund including delivery costs.
Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer's fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage plus any additional re-delivery costs.
The Buyer has the right to cancel the Goods. If you wish to cancel then please email us (sales@koolit.co.uk) or fax us (0870-787-4621) within 7 working days of the receipt of the Goods.
It is the Buyer's responsibility to return the goods 'as new' and un-used. This includes ALL the Goods original packaging and any manuals that were delivered with the Goods. The Buyer will then be entitled to a refund but less initial delivery costs; we reserve the right to charge a 15% re-stocking fee. The Buyer is to pay all return costs and is advised to ensure that the Goods are adequately insured when they are being returned. The Buyer will also be liable for costs of re-packaging/manuals if they are not returned with the Goods.
The Buyer must return the goods within 14 working days of receipt and a refund will be processed within 30 days.

We will not disclose any customers information to any third parties except where it may be necessary to fulfil your order. This will only be to suppliers or third party delivery agents.
Please ensure that the personal information you supply to us is correct or this may result in a delay in processing your order.
We may email you from time to time to share information on new products and special offers. Should you not want to receive such emails please send us a blank email with STOP as the subject.
Pricing
All prices contained on this website are inclusive of VAT @ 17.5% and all prices are quoted in pounds Sterling (GBP £).
Although we are constantly checking the accuracy of our prices mistakes can occasionally happen; should any errors occur we will contact you within 3 working days of your placed order to remedy this. We will offer a refund if you have overpaid or ask for payment in the event that you have underpaid, in this case if you are not entirely satisfied we will offer you a full refund.
