Mitsubishi Electric Announce Ultra-High 5.25 COP (Co-Efficient of Performance) Wall Mounted Units

The new M Series, MSZ-FD wall-mounted model, inverter driven heat pump air conditioning system delivers an industry high COP of 5.25 in both heating and cooling modes.

It’s an unbeatable story: a heat pump extracts free energy from the surrounding air to maximise efficiency.

So, for every 1 kW of electricity fed into the system, over 5 kW of energy are available to heat or cool the space.

Ideal for the UK climate, they deliver energy efficient heating throughout the year, but switch to cooling when the British summer arrives.

Ultra quiet, the 2.5 and 3.5 kW units operate at just 20 and 21 dBA respectively, and can connect to an MXZ multi unit for even more flexibility of design and use. Plus, the unique ‘Replace’ facility means reduced replacement and upgrading costs when users reuse existing pipework.
